This means that you DO have Windows Media Player installed on your computer BUT, you do not have ActiveX enabled in your browser. If you are using Internet Explorer, click Tools/Internet Options/Security/Custom Level/ scroll down to Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins, ENABLE.
