When I click on the link of the video I want to download, GetRight doesn automatically try to download the file, what should I do?
The most likely problem is that you didn’t specify GetRight to automatically download the file. To fix that problem, go to Edit/Configuration from the top of the Download Status menu bar and go to Monitor. Add the .RM and .VIV extensions under “Automatically start downloading files of types:”. That should fix the problem. Another way is to use the “Show Monitor” or “GetRight Drop Target” feature of in the tools menu of GetRight. Then you can just drag the link to the monitor and it will download it that way.
