If you see only a plug-in prompt or a message that reads, “You are watching MLB.com…” it is likely that the stream you are trying to watch is not yet active. Please confirm the game has started; if so, wait five minutes and check the link again.

If you see only a white screen, a plug-in prompt, or “You are watching MLB.com…” it is likely that you do not have a media player installed, or that your Player Preference is not set according to the player you have installed. First, be sure that Windows Media Player Series 9 is installed on your computer. Check the version by launching it from the Start menu (or in Mac, from the Application folder). Next, reset your Player Preference.
