When I click on the Electronic Tearsheets tab, I get an “External Application Login” screen. Why?
First, it is important to validate that the screen actually contains the words “External Application Login.” If not (if it only says “Sign In”), then simply log in using your AdSource User Name and Password. If it does say “External Application Login”, then your AdSource account profile needs to be updated. Please contact the Help Desk at 800-591-7607 so that we may assist you.
