You probably have an incompatible or out of date graphics card driver installed. Please get in touch with the Blue Byte Hotline. There you can find out which driver you should use. You will most likely find that if you go to the home page of the manufacturer of your graphics card and download and install any driver or bios updates for your card, that the problem will be fixed.
