When I click on some of various options throughout the discussion area, nothing happens. Whats wrong?

Nothing’s wrong. “Grayed” options simply aren’t available for use for one reason or another in a given situation. For example, options to navigate to the next message, aren’t available while reading messages unless there is a ‘next message’ to be read.
