When I click on “Prod” (production) in the Banner Launcher Page I am getting a form that is asking me to install a plug in called Jinitiator. What should I do?

Banner requires the Jinitiator to be installed on your desktop. Please contact the CCS Help desk at extension 3830 or by email at ccs_admin_it_support@carleton.ca for assistance installing the software.
