When I click on Printable Version, a dialogue box quickly pops up and goes away. Why is my document now showing in the dialogue box?

1) Adobe Acrobat Reader needs to be installed in order to view, print or save a document to your computer. 2) A pop up blocker may be blocking the window. Look for warnings and be sure to allow pop ups for the url.
