When i click on “My Account” the page stays blank and does not load?
This sounds like your internet browser is getting tangled up for some unknown reason. Please delete your temporary internet files and delete your cookies. Do this by clicking on Tools > Internet options – at the top of your internet browser. Now click on the “My Account” icon located at the top of the screen and it should work fine.
