When I click on an object in one of the stateflows shown on the My Portal view, it does nothing, when I click on other objects it takes me to the list of projects, what is going on?

When you click on an object in a stateflow and nothing happens, this indicates that there are no projects at that “step” in the flow. When you click on an object in the stateflow and it produces a list, these are the projects that are at that step in the stateflow process.
