When I click on an internet e-mail link on a webpage, my computer tries to setup Microsoft Outlook. How can I set it to bring up GroupWise so I can e-mail directly?
You will have to set up GroupWise as your default e-mail program. Open Internet Explorer, Click on Tools on the top bar, Select Internet Options, Select the Programs tab, Drop the menu after the E-mail blank down, Select GroupWise, Click on OK. If you are doing this on a laptop (which might also use Outlook Express with an internet service provider), only one of the E-mail programs can be the default.
