When I click on a link to view an on-demand video, the Media Player launches; however the screen stays black. How can I resolve this issue?
This can be caused by your video playback “plug-in” or by the speed of the Internet connection. Confirm you have the latest version of your browser and/or the plug-in. YSL requires a high speed Internet connection (DSL, cable, FIOS connections) to view video files. Video files will not play properly using “dial-up” Internet service.
