You need to add inciteKnowledge to the list of allowed sites in the Pop-up Blocker Settings. Right click on the information bar that appears above the inciteKnowledge banner and select “Always Allow Pop-ups From this Site…”. When prompted, click Yes to add inciteKnowledge to the list of allowed sites. Your session will refresh. Any content in your tray will be auto-saved; to access the auto-saved content, click on the link of the appropriate tray in the main toolbar.
