You must delete cookies and temporary internet files through Internet Explorer. To do this: In Internet Explorer 7 – Select Tools > Internet Options. On the General tab, click Delete. Select Cookies and Temporary Internet Files then click OK . When this process is finished, click OK. Close all Internet Explorer windows, and then re-open Internet Explorer and log on to Sage U. In Internet Explorer 6 – Select Tools > Internet Options. On the General tab, click Delete Cookies, and then click OK. Next, click Delete Files, and then click OK. When this process is finished, click OK. Close all Internet Explorer windows, and then re-open Internet Explorer and log on to Sage U.
