Problem When you open a PDF file using Adobe Acrobat software, Reader returns the error, “There was a problem reading this document.” followed by “This file contains information not understood by the viewer. Suppress further errors?” The PDF opens after you click OK, but its pages are blank. Solution Upgrade to the latest version of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.
