When I cite a reference in a footnote I want to add the number of the page referred to, but the citation ends with a full stop and I am unable to change this to a comma. Whats the solution?

A. Insert the citation and do a Format Bibliography to format it (if you haven’t already got Instant Formatting enabled). Then select the citation and click on the Edit Citation button on the EndNote toolbar. In the Pages box, type the page number text you require, including a space before the “p.” If you are using in-text citations rather than footnotes, format the citation as above, then right-click on the citation and choose Edit Citation. Then type the page number text into the Suffix box rather than the Pages box.

What is your question?
