When you are a member of IMCare, you choose a Primary Clinic and pharmacy. You also need to choose a chiropractor or mental health provider if you use these services. Dental and vision services are covered and you can go to any dentist or vision provider listed inside. All of these providers will be your Personal Network Providers. You will use these providers for all your health care needs. If health care services are not available through your Personal Network Providers, your primary doctor may refer you to another provider. If you have an emergency out of the IMCare provider network, contact your primary doctor as soon as possible.
