When I choose “create DVD” from Xpress DV it exports a *.m2v and *.wav file, why?
A. DVD’s often have more than one audio track for the same video track (e.g. directors commentary) and having a separate audio file enables you to select the audio track you want played at a given time. When you create a DVD with your authoring program these two files will be merged into one properly formatted movie.
