When I choose a poster to customize, it loads on the next page, but the image looks extremely fuzzy or completely blacked out. How can I fix this?

In Windows, click on START, choose SETTINGS, choose CONTROL PANEL, choose DISPLAY, and in the “Display Properties” box that opens, choose the SETTINGS tab. Make sure in the COLORS drop-down menu, you are at least using HIGH COLOR (16 BIT).
