The allow search results value in the Business Tier Settings file is the maximum number of results that the business tier will return for a given search. In order to change the number of patients in the list, you must also change the max results value. Go to the business tier directory and open the CW Admin utility. Press “Stop Server”, then change the Table Name to LocalNumberStorage and look for the tag MaxSearchResults. Click on the tag and then press “Edit” to edit the number of search results to return. After changing the number of results to return click “Save” and then “Start Server” for the changes to take affect.
