When I cash out, the screen says that my funds will be sent to NETeller. What do I do?
• Even though the screen says that your funds will be sent to NETeller, your cashout will not be successful. Please go ahead and request your cashout request anyway. Your request will be declined and the funds will then be returned to your PokerStars account balance. You can then immediately make another cashout request and choose how you’d like to receive your funds other than NETeller.
