When I capture the screen, my screen turns black or an error shows up of “NilObjectException” and immmediately quits. Whats wrong?
This error ususally occurs when not enough memory is allocated to the application. To increase ScreenShot Pro’s memory allocation, go to the Finder, select the ScreenShot Pro icon and select “Get Info” from the File Menu. Under the Memory section, increase both the Minimum and Preferred sizes by a few megabytes or more. (i.e. Increase the preferred size from 10,000k to 13,000k or more.) If the problem persists after increasing the memory allocation a few times, please contact Technical Support.
