When I call Jott to validate my phone it does not ask me for my validation code. Why not?
If you are not asked for your validation code then we are not able to connect your caller ID with your registration record. This can happen for one of two reasons: you entered in your phone number incorrectly when registering (click here for instructions on how to change it), or we are not picking up your caller ID correctly. If you’re sure you entered your phone number correctly, and are not calling from Canada or a multiline system, make sure your caller ID is not blocked and try calling our alternate number 347-523-8843.
