You may have inadvertently entered your sign-on ID, password, or Passfaces incorrectly. Make sure you are using the correct password and Passfaces, then select Sign-On from the menu above to try again. If you cannot remember your password, click on the link provided to you in the message on that page. You will then need to enter your sign-on ID. Your secret question/phrase will be displayed and you will be prompted to enter your response. If your response matches what is stored, your password will be emailed to you. If you have forgotten your Passfaces or if you need further assistance, please call RCU Member Service at 715-833-8111 or 1-800-341-9911, or stop into any RCU office.
