When I attempt to send a Jott message to one of my Jott Links, I am given an error, what should I do?
Delete the Jott Link and re-add it. Make sure you are completing all of the Jott Link’s set up steps, if you are asked to enter in login info for the website you are linking to ensure your credentials are correct, if the Jott Link set up process asks you to grant Jott access to the account you are linking to ensure you are granting it otherwise the Jott Link will not work. Facebook: Before following the instructions provided above remove the Jott Application from your Facebook account. When logged into your Facebook account click the “Applications” menu, click “edit” then find and delete the Jott Application.
