When I attempt to log-in using my NetTeller ID and PIN, it states that my account is currently locked. Why?
This occurs when an ID or PIN is entered incorrectly three consecutive times, which causes your account to be locked. If you have forgotten your NetTeller ID or PIN, e-mail us at cecu@cessna.textron.com so that we may unlock your account and reset your PIN. This would enable you to log on and change your PIN to one that is easier to remember. Note: A CECU representative will never ask for your PIN.
