If you attempt to install yolink for Firefox, but do so from Internet Explorer, Windows may not recognize the file type of the Firefox installer. To complete the installation: • Double click the downloaded installation file. A message displays indicating that Windows cannot open this file. • Select the Select the program from a list option and click OK. The Open With dialog box displays. • Select Firefox from the list of Programs and click OK.
