When I attempt to enter a chat room, a download dialog box appears and nothing else happens. What is wrong here?
We’ve seen this behaviour on some computers. If you find your browser hangs on a download dialog box when attempting to enter a chat room, enter the chat room using one of the following methods: • Right click on the room link. When you see the resulting context menu, choose “Open in New Window”, or • While on the room link press Shift-Enter. Either one of the above methods should get you into the room without difficulty.
