This usually occurs with Mozilla Firefox where files are greater than 1MB in size, and less so with Internet Explorer. Solution 1: download the file in Internet Explorer. Solution 2: in Firefox right click on ‘Save link as…’ and save the file to the desktop. It will save as ‘viewcontent.cgi’ and will need to be renamed e.g. ‘file1.pdf’ in order to open.
