When I attempt to download a document, the ZIP file contains text file containing an error message rather than the document in PDF format. How can I download a copy of this document?

If you are able to view the document, try printing it to PDF. This can be done with a PDF printer such as CutePDF (a link to a free download of CutePDF is provided on the Getting Started page). Print the document as you normally would, but select the PDF printer rather than a physical printer in the “Print” dialog window. This will open a “Save as” window. By default, the file name will include the document ID, but you can rename the file to be more meaningful to you if so desired. Click the “OK” button to finish the process. You will then have the document in PDF format.
