When I attempt to connect to Insite I get an error – resource cannot be displayed error 406?
If you receive this error when attempting to connect to Insite it is because you do not have English as a selected language in your Browser languages. To add English to the list of languages your Browser handles: • Open your Browser • Select Tools; Internet Options; • Click on the General Tab • Click the Language button • Select English United Kingdom from the list of available languages and click ok You should now be able to access the Insite login page.
