When I attempt to access Famlex I receive a page saying “License time limit has expired”?
License Time limit has expired This page is displayed when the license file installed for Famlex has passed its expired date. To avoid receiving this error page you must ensure you apply each update when it is received. To re-enable access to Famlex please follow the instructions below* • Open “Add/Remove Programs” Via Start Menu > Control Panel. • Find Famlex in your list of installed programs and select it • Click “Change/Remove” • Follow the on screen instructions to uninstall Famlex. • Restart your computer if requested to do so. • Reinstall Famlex following the instructs outlined in the above guides. *please note to follow these instructions you must have the lastest Famlex CD-ROM available.
