When I applied the foil over the transfer, why dose it stick to the foil paper when lifting from the shirt?

A. This is caused from applying too much heat (iorn is to hot) when ironing on the foil. This is why we try to be very specific in our instructions when applying the foil. It is very important to turn the heat down to a much lower temperature (see temperature guide below) when applying the foil, unlike applying the transfer at a very high heat. This problem can be difficult to repair but on many occasions we have found that the transfer can release from the foil to save the shirt by following these directions. Turn the iron to LOW setting: 1. Turn the shirt inside out and place the pressing sheet inside the shirt to protect the transfer from melting to the other side. 2. Iron the reversed side of the shirt in the area of the transfer where it is sticking. Iron that area for about 8 seconds. Quickly turning the right side out, pull the foil off the shirt. It is important that the shirt stays hot enough to release the foil from it. You can re-foil that area again.
