When I am working on roadshow activities, why is it that the section dealing with education/work/home/area of expertise info on Faculty does not copy to my Toolkit?
MEDCOM is presently working to fix this problem. At the present time, the system will copy everything from your previous activity except this part of the Faculty section. The planner and even the hospital CME Director cannot see that Faculty have completed this section. In order to view for faculty completion of this area, planners should do the following in the Toolkit: Click Correspondence. Click Faculty. Click Create Letter. On the left side of the screen, you will see an icon for Faculty Bio. The planner can then see the inputted information if faculty completed this task. If faculty did not input, it will be blank.
