When I am ready to check out after ordering prescription refills, why isn’t the prescription price final?
When using your insurance or discount card to cover your prescription orders, the amount that you pay depends on what is described in your plan coverage. We do not have a way to calculate your co-pay until we have processed your prescription with your insurance or discount card provider, which can take several days. If you need to find out what your co-pay will be before submitting your prescription to us, please contact your plan administrator or insurance/discount card company directly. They will be able to provide you with your current coverage and co-pay information. You can check your order status at any time. Just log in, go to My Home and select the Order Status tab. Once there is a final price for a prescription, that price will be displayed in the order status.
