When I am placing an order, when do I provide my MedRep Rewards card to the participating restaurant?
When you are placing an order at one of our participating restaurants, give them your MedRep Rewards card at the same time that you provide your credit card for payment. If you are ordering over the phone, make certain to provide your 13 digit membership number at the same time you give them your credit card number. If you are redeeming your rewards at a restaurant, provide them with your MedRep Rewards card for use as payment (gratuities may not be paid with your MedRep Rewards card).
