Zooming the main (or base) view generates by default a fast low-resolution preview. Selecting Hi-Rez in the Zoom Controls Palette re-renders maximum detail possible for the zoom view level selected. Selecting Hi-Rez before drawing will ensure that all work can be completed accurately in zoom views.
