When I am conducting this procedure will traffic information always be passed to otherIFR aircraft in close proximity?
If there is IFR traffic, ATC must pass this if able. However, (as is always the case) in the very unlikely event that an emergency that takes priority occurs mid-procedure, ATC may not be able to pass traffic to other aircraft. In any case, the pilot requesting the procedure knows he/she has particular responsibility for avoiding other aircraft.
