When I am composing a new email using a web browser, why don’t I see the “Change to Rich Text Mode” link?

The “Change to Rich Text Mode” link only appears in Internet Explorer 6.5 on Windows; it doesn’t work with any other web browsers. If you are using Internet Explorer on Windows and still don’t see the link, make sure you are using Internet Explorer version 6.5.
