When I add a new eSecurity service the message says that a “Promotional period is already running” What does this mean?
In this case you have signed up to an eSecurity service in the past and cancelled it during the promotional period. The promotional period is still running for this service. If you sign up now you have the opportunity to use the remaining promotional period. The promotional period cannot be extended.
