When I access the Cyberfund Centre, the main page only displays “Fund Search”, “Market News”, and “Fund Comparison”. Are these all that should be displayed?
If you are one of the following types of customer, you can only enjoy some Cyberfund Centre services: a) Customers located within the United States, or a US Person/US Persons within the meaning of Regulation S under the US Securities Act of 1933, as amended, (which includes any person resident in the United States and any partnership or corporation organised or incorporated under the laws of the United States), or a resident of Canada, whether acting in his/her own capacity or as agent on behalf of any US Person and/or resident of Canada. b) Your securities account has not been set up as the related account under Cyberbanking. c) Your settlement account of your securities account is not a multi-currency savings account.
