When hanging curtains, should they be right to ceiling or just above the window frame?
well first look at the space,,does the window give u the feeling it’s small + if so then tall and wide curtains will help that feeling and if the window feels too large for the space then small curtians,,, no set rule but if the space feels large or small that is how u make the decision for this have fun
