When girls have a period were do they cramp and why, i feel sad for girls?

Just below the stomach and sometimes lower back pain. We cramp because we are shedding the lining of our uterus and it can be painful. It feels like you have bad cramps and need to use the bathroom but its lower and constant and it doesn’t go away after you ‘use the facilities’. You should feel sad for girls, we have to go through a lot… the cramps aren’t even the worst part. Imagine having to shove a tampon up yourself several times a day 3-7 days a month for 30-40 years to stop a flow of blood (that sometimes leaks and is extremely embarassing) and then on rare occasions pushing a child out. Update: I read back my answer to myself and I realized it sounded like I was being mean. Just to clarify I wasn’t trying to be mean or to yell I was just trying to get my point across (about how painful it can be to be a woman) and I think it’s good you feel sad for girls.
