When filing for divorce and serving an absent spouse by publication, where must the notice be published?

I would like to know if in the State of Michigan when you file for a divorce, and you don’t know where your husband is if you can put a pulication in any newspaper as a form of serving the absent spouse; or if it has to be put in the newspaper of the county and state that they were last known to live.

What is your question?
