When exactly does the dab period begin and end?

Items are shipped approximately 1-3 business days from the order date. Each 14-day dab period begins from the date the item is received by the customer. For example, if UPS delivers the camera to you on Thursday, July 1st, then Thursday, July 15th is the last day you can ship it back to us before you are billed for the next 14-day dab period. We’ll send a reminder email to you a few days before the end of each dab period. Please be sure to keep your contact information updated!
