When entering carrier and GA, wholesaler information – is it important to make a distinction between the two?
• There is a NEW CO listing for the carrier and NEW GA listing for the general agent in the beginning of the search menu. You will need to list the name of the carrier or GA, wholesaler in the appropriate listing with the city, state and phone number where possible. PFA will then add the carrier or GA to the menu once it is booked for future reference.
