When downloading files from PocketDirectory.com®, I can install or open them with any of my computers programs. The file appears to be text/html/aspx; whats wrong with the download?
You are most likely using an older browser to download from our site. There is a known bug in MSN and AOL default browsers, as well as some versions of Internet Explorer, which causes them to be unable to decipher the encrypted binary data stream that we send upon download (they download a junk html or aspx file instead, usually “product.aspx”, “download.html” or “OrderReceipt.html”). The best way to solve this is to use the latest version of Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator to download the file instead of your current browser. • Download latest version of Internet Explorer || IE for Mac OS X || IE for Mac OS 8.1 – 9.
