When downloading a video it plays but I cannot save it. What is wrong?

When the link is clicked, it should ask you whether you would like to save or open. To save the video to your computer please select the save option. If these two options are not available to you, you will need to change your browser options. Please work with you internal IT team to configure your browser to present the Save/Open download options to you.
