When doing tasks on the site I often notice the date is incorrect. Does SparkPeople adjust my program for my time zone?

Our site is always set on Eastern Time, where our servers are located. If you are on the West Coast of the United States and enter food at 10:00 PM local time, by default you’ll be entering food for the next day. Simply use the date navigation at the top of the page to return to another date.
