Twice annually, with the official WCRR training season begining six months prior to the Rock N Roll Arizona marathon and 5 months prior to Rock N Roll San Diego or 6 months prior to the Seattle Rock n Roll marathon. This is when we hold our seminars and provide training schedules for our members.
